General:
■ Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
■ I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
■ All artwork is transferred digitally.
■ Commissions are accepted and completed in a first come first serve basis. Once all slots are filled you may join a waitlist for the next avaliable spot. You may cancel your waitlist spot at any time.
Payment:
Payments will only be accepted once your the commission is approved, through PayPal in €.You may send full payment before I complete the commission, or half before, half after I send the first preview. This is only valid for rendered pieces, not sketches nor chibis.Once your commission is accepted, an invoice will be sent via Paypal. I will start your commission upon payment, failure to pay it will result in the commission being cancelled.Commissioner is responsible for any additional charges paypal or other payment engines may issue due to transactions as well as currency conversion fees.
Deadlines:
An estimated time for completion will be provided. Commissioners will be informed regarding delays. You may request a WIP at any time.
Refunds:
You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission.
If I the commission you wish to cancel has been started, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done.
If a commission cannot be completed for any reason, commissioners will be refunded in full.No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.
Usage Policy:
My artwork is for personal use only. Commercial use must be discussed beforehand.
